Nutrition Counseling

One-on-one support to improve your nutrition status

Nutrition Counseling services are available for those individuals who are at nutritional risk due to health or nutrition history, dietary intake, chronic illness, or medication use. Nutrition Counseling is provided one-to-one by a registered dietician (RDN), or equivalent, and addresses the options and methods for improving nutrition status.

Services are available to those 60 years of age or above residing in Amelia, Buckingham, Charlotte, Cumberland, Lunenburg, Nottoway, and Prince Edward Counties at no cost to the client.
